“I’ve been at this pharmacy for 4 years now. I was prescribed a medicated facewash a few months ago. The first refill I picked up was on September 2024 and it was a 6 ounce bottle. I use it 1x every night and am still using it now in March 2025 as a little goes a long way. Recently in February, I picked up a 12 ounce bottle for the same facewash as I’m almost running out and the pharmacist said it was cheaper. However, last night while opening it, I noticed that the facewash expires on 11/25/2025. That means I won’t be able to use it after 8 months. I also paid entirely out of pocket as my insurance didn’t cover it which means half the bottle and my money would be wasted. The 6 ounce bottle was $20 and the 12 ounce was $29. So I immediately called Skycare Pharmacy the next morning and they told me to come over. After speaking to the pharmacist, I explained the situation. She seemed like she didn’t believe me when I said that facewash would’ve lasted me a year and appeared a bit sarcastic about it. But she agreed to give me a $5 store credit as she explained she really cannot take it back or return it after it has already been purchased. I totally understand that and I’m grateful that they didn’t just disregard me with this matter. I’ll be more careful to check for longer expiration dates on all my meds from now on and would expect the same from the pharmacy in the future. Overall, a fair establishment. ??”

This pharmacy has amazing staff that are so caring and attentive. The girls are bilingual and super helpful. The pharmacists both are knowledgeable and have helped me out when I’ve had issues or questions on medication I’ve gotten prescribed. I live in the area and always go get my flu vaccines here. Diamond is great and gives painless vaccines. I would 10/10 recommend the team and appreciate the aid they do for our community!”

“I live in the neighborhood and I love this pharmacy. They always have what I need and if not, it will be in the very next day. The pharmacist is super helpful, so is the pharm tech. This is a nice local place in midst of big chain pharmacies, which may seem a bit disconnected. The pharmacist remembers my grandfather by name because all his meds are filled here. Give this pharmacy a call if you are going in later in evening, just to make sure they are still open. Sometimes, they will close a bit earlier but if you call them ahead, they will let you know. It only happened once in the past five years I have been using this pharmacy.”

“This is a very dicey situation. I'm sure they're fine with pharmacy services. They are also a UPS access point drop off site. Apparently, they managed to lose my package after a drop off. I would say to avoid them with the package handling given the circumstances. The accountability to this respect, given shipping is not their core business, is a problem even with proof of a scan.Update 5/12/2021 - The person that handled our inquiry did the correct follow up by looking at the security camera rather than just tell us to call UPS. It turns out the person on the job put my package on the wrong stash and it stayed in the store for a week. The only issue remains is that we had to go to the store to make the inquiry. A phone call would have sufficed, but we know they're busy helping customers all the time and has to wait for a period when there are no customers to get to us.”
