My doctor didn’t give any info on the procedure or even the number to the pharmacy; but luckily the entire team at Manhattan Apothecary was informative, helpful, & NICE. “I was just looking up this pharmacy to recommend to someone, and I couldn’t remember if I left a review. So leaving one just in case.I only came here once, but it was a perfect moment. They hadn’t quite locked the door, but I realized they were trying to temporarily close the shop for something. They paused what they were doing, took my script, and then I left.I came back later, and a couple people were waiting outside. In a moment, one of the people that worked there unlocked and opened the door, and we all scurried in. Turns out, they were having a small birthday party for someone (maybe an employee?), and wanted to give some time just for that.I loved that so much! “This review is primarily for the UPS drop off service they provide and partially for pharmacy. Went here recently to drop off a package, they had no products to facilitate the drop off. Being that I was at a pharmacy, I figured they would sell items I could use. There was none. Additionally they made little effort to assist. “It seems this pharmacy has a lot of connections with dermatologists offices (no idea why). From my experience, it's basically a pharmacy with delivery services. I don't even know if they have a storefront. I will say, I don't think they deliver themselves (they have a third party deliver). So far, from the pharmacy themselves....experience has been fine. Transactional but in the best way. I didn't love that when I had a delivery issue, I had to call the pharmacy, who had to call the courier service, and then the pharmacy got back to me. But I guess that's the name of the game.”

Also, they will call me to let me know that my medication is ready. If you need to make a copy of a document, it's only 10 cents per page. Prices of vitamins, deodorants, cleaning supplies, etc are all very reasonable.Therefore, I highly, highly recommend Lacross Drugs Pharmacy to all the people of the South Bronx. They will even instruct you on how to take your medication, foods to avoid when you are on certain medications, etc., etc.Please, ask for Angie, Raquel, Stephanie or Anna. These people care, they will listen to your concern, and they are very compassionate. I have never seen them lose their temper over the past four years that I have been patronizing this pharmacy.
