“Literally THE BEST Firestone or I should say shop even in the area Laura and the others ALWAYS take amazing care of my family and constantly helping with whatever discounts available . Highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here .”
“I had an unbelievable dream experience at this GoodYear. They were able to get my car in for a last minute service on a Saturday. 10/10 recommend! Very friendly staff and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready in just two hours when I had been waiting at the dealer a whole week.”

“Routine service performed. Excellent staff. All Monroe building needs to be renovated!!! They have become very shabby looking. The appearance doesn't inspire confidence. Whoever currently owns the company needs to invest.”
“I took my Yukon to Mr Tire to get my Goodyear tire patched. Not only did they patch my tire, but they remounted it, and put the spare back up under the car for free! What incredible customer service! When it’s time for new tires, I know where I am going!”
“James and Devon in the Auto Service division in Big Flats provided me EXCELLENT service above and beyond my expectation! I am confident that you two are going places! Continue the good work and again, I thank you!”
“I always come here to get maintenance on my car. Richard was very helpful last time I was in when I had several things I needed done and didn't know what to expect for the cost. I will continue to come here for my car needs.”

“I was extremely happy with my experience at Mavis. Everything that needed to be done to my vehicle was explained in detail and in terms that I would understand. I was traveling and had an issue and stopped at Mavis in Elmira and they took me right in and fixed my vehicles issue. This was the best experience I've ever had anywhere that was in regards to my vehicle being fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mavis in Elmira. Caring folks that are working in the best interest of your safety.”
