“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”
“First off, as I started to walk through the store the staff greeted us asked if we needed help with anything. Then we headed for the door section and we met Ebony. She was top notch, very professional. Her engagement skills were on 1000 !! Very knowledgeable, diligent & full of helpful suggestions.
