He saw and understood each of our needs based on our field of work, even my youngest son, who has two different-sized feet. He had the time and patience to explain everything, down to the numbers on each style of sneakers and why they are numbered. He literally had the balance, no pun intended, to tend to us and other customers who came into the store without making us feel ignored. “Sylvia was able to help me last minute with getting a qipao for the tea ceremony for my wedding. She had many patterns and colors available and the one I chose needed to be taken in a bit at the waist. She was able to make the alterations the same day and we picked it up a few hours later. We will definitely be returning in the future as she has so many beautiful colors and styles available other than the traditional red.”

“I visited Lane Bryant in Green Acres Mall, Valley Stream on March 5, 2025 to return an item I purchased online. I had no intention on making a purchase while in the store this visit, however as I was leaving a sundress caught my eye. Ms. Shirley informed me that it was the last day of the sale and now would be a good tube to buy it if I liked it. She helped me with a couple more dresses and in finding the right size fit me. I ended up purchasing two dresses at a really great price. Ms. Shirley was very patient, professional, extremely helpful and went above and beyond. She made my shopping experience enjoyable.
