They specialize in custom outfits, which is what really stood out to us. They show you a wide range of designs, and you can choose everything from the color to the type of work you want. They really bring your vision to life.
For my sherwani, I went with a simple design, but they added a lot of subtle sparkle that made it stand out without being over the top. For my wife’s dress, the pictures honestly do not do it justice. It was incredibly sparkly, the handwork was flawless, and it completely stood out. When she walked in, everyone was amazed. It truly looked like a princess dress and came out exactly how we wanted.
They also make sure the fit is right. I needed some adjustments on my sherwani to make it a bit looser, and they handled it without any issues. They take proper measurements and make sure everything fits well.
On top of all that, the pricing is unbeatable. For custom work of this quality, you would expect to pay much more elsewhere. The quality alone makes it worth it, and the pricing just makes the experience even better.
The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. There is a reason we came back, and this is honestly the only store I trust for outfits like this. We are excited to see how our reception outfits turn out and will definitely be sharing pictures once we get them.

“The Nordstrom at Roosevelt Field is an excellent department store and consistently provides a great shopping experience. The store is spacious, clean, and beautifully organized, with an impressive selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products, and designer brands.
What really stands out is the customer service. The employees are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being overly pushy. Nordstrom has always been known for its service, and this location does a great job living up to that reputation.
The store is easy to navigate, the merchandise is presented nicely, and there’s a good mix of both higher-end brands and everyday options. The shoe and beauty departments in particular have an excellent selection.
Overall, a great place to shop at Roosevelt Field. Excellent selection, a pleasant atmosphere, and very good customer service make this Nordstrom a store I’m always happy to return to.”

“This has been a regular shopping destination for decades. Have probably shopped at more locations than most customers. It’s hit or miss, which is part of the allure. The clothing is definitely getting more sparkly and gaudy than it used to be.
Seems to be harder to find quality brands but I do like the expansion to interesting European brands.
The shoe prices are going up. It used to be a good value. Now….not as much.
All that said, I’d love to see one in southern NJ/Philly area.”
