“Went here for an amazon return. Friendly staff, this was my first time doing a amazon drop off. A staff member show me where the drop off area located and explain to me about QR code and receipts. Great service.”

“Our Martine Avenue and Fisher Locations are great. The people work hard and non stop all day. The USPS doesn’t keep their facilities very nicely, and it's depressing looking. But still in that monotony, they're really nice and helpful! Sure occasionally someone has a bad day for a reason, but we ALL do. They deserve BETTER ! But with corrupted top officials running it intentionally to the ground, to benefit their FedEx and UPS connections, we're being bled and workers are bullied and threatened in loosing their pensions and jobs. We need our USPS !!!”
“When my mail was stolen from the Mailbox on Mamaroneck Avenue, I decided to make sure I went to the Post Office to drop my mail inside.
I have had lines to wait on, depends when you go, but have never had any postal worker be rude or dismissive. They do take their time, some have been there for many years, but if I ask a question or need something, mail a package, pick one up, no issues at all. Four Stars because when my mail was stolen, the Postmaster General was supposed to look into it, and I found out they had known about this for awhile, I wasnt happy but there is another Post Office in White Plains, you will be back to this one!!”
