The owner, cut us a HUGE deal.. and everyone was so helpful and sweet. Unit is nice, in good condition, and a safe place to store your stuff.

“July 01, 2025.....Seriously, what is going on with this place? I finally sold my house and decided to stop in at approximately 12:20 this afternoon to purchase one (1) wardrobe box, just to see how many clothes and other things I could fit into it for the move. A pretty, young lady from behind the counter asked if she could help, I explained what I needed, she stated that another customer just returned a used (like new) wardrobe box and I was free to take it if I wanted to. She also provided me with the hanging bar. Wish I had her name to compliment her, great attitude and great customer service. Every experience with this location has been 5 stars!
Justin Camacho (Storage Center Manager) went out of his way to accommodate my needs. His entire team was courteous, professional and competent! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to store items or rent equipment.

“My experience with SROA was outstanding.
I secured a storage unit on Friday; I used their email documents system (EZ) and got great phone support too! I made my trip on Saturday. By Sunday midday, I'd stored everything in my space.
The Johnson City, NY site manager made all of this happen quickly and without a hitch.
He immediately showed interest in taking care of me and he saw that speed was what I needed most.
I needed a lock, a passcode, reassurance that the space would be the right size and clean...
I got everything I needed and I did it on line with some phone help.
The manager earned my trust and showed integrity in his dealings with me.
Customer service like his is hard to find.
