“Brenna was so helpful and pleasant to deal with while purchasing a storage container. She made sure all bases were covered and we were notified of all our options. What a nice experience!”
“They are absolutely great! Awesome customer service! They went above and beyond! I definetly recomend them to anyone looking for storage. Its clean and the staff is super friendly”
“I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the quality of Laing Self Storage. I rented a unit for 2 years and had zero issues. Starting, paying for, and ending my rental were seamless thanks to the intuitive portal. Most importantly, the owner was available and responsive when questions arose. If I am need of a unit again, Laing will have my business.”
“I used this location for free years. The location is safe, clean and next to major points ie Uhaul, Lowes etc. Also, management is very prompt and will actually fix the issue. The digital access is very convenient and still able to access a person when needed. Matt will.always respond if needed. I i highly recommend and would use them again.”
“I used Crew4 Storage while moving in between homes. Every time I called or messaged Mike he always made time talk and showed up on time. He moved the containers where I needed them and also temporarily stored my container on a secure lot. When I moved into my new home he promptly showed up with a cool remote controlled container handler so it would fit down my narrow driveway. He dropped it off so I could unload that day and picked it right back up to free up the space in my drive way. I highly recommend!”
“I appreciate the ease of it all. Friendly customer service on the rental and return! Very professional. Clean truck and convenient location! Very pleased. Thank you!”
“Laing Storage of Binghamton is great. The unit was perfect size to store all my belongings for the time I needed to. Price was reasonable and they offered insurance with it if needed. I'd use again if needed. Thank you!!”
“Nothing but great things.
We got a unit to secure my brother's things - then had TWO deaths in one week in our family, our car broke down, and I ended up in the hospital.
The owner, cut us a HUGE deal.. and everyone was so helpful and sweet. Unit is nice, in good condition, and a safe place to store your stuff.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“My experience with SROA was outstanding.
I secured a storage unit on Friday; I used their email documents system (EZ) and got great phone support too! I made my trip on Saturday. By Sunday midday, I'd stored everything in my space.
The Johnson City, NY site manager made all of this happen quickly and without a hitch.
He immediately showed interest in taking care of me and he saw that speed was what I needed most.
I needed a lock, a passcode, reassurance that the space would be the right size and clean...
I got everything I needed and I did it on line with some phone help.
The manager earned my trust and showed integrity in his dealings with me.
Customer service like his is hard to find.
Thanks!”

“I believe the lady at the desk is named Jessica, but forgive me if I got that wrong. She was so nice and understanding, she made the entire rental process a breeze and its clear she does her job happily and extremely well. You are in great hands when you choose this Uhaul location! Thank you again team, and specifically you Jessica!”
“RECOMMENDED:Fast, Friendly and reasonable... We've used Uhaul for many of our needs and we've always been satisfied with our truck, storage space, etc... Thanks Uhaul.”

“I'm so glad that I switched my storage locker over to Laing Self storage!!!
I absolutely love being able to drive straight into the building and pull right up to my storage locker with ease. Not only is it easy to load and unload from your locker, but the locker is temperature controlled and air tight as well! No cobwebs. No dust. No bugs. No mildew. Just a well maintained, well secured, locker.
Thanks Brian Laing, the owner, for keeping the facility so nice and secure, I feel safer having my belongings under your watch!”
