He sold my 80 year old mother a 2013 Suzuki She had this car for 2 months and well past the 30 day warranty and ran in to a problem with getting it into gear Please keep in mind the car was sold with 171000 miles on it. Ryan took the time to go to my mother house after work hours to see what the problem was. Ryan was able to get it back in gear and asked my mother to bring it back to the dealership so he could address the problem. Again this was after the car was sold past the 30 warranty. We were there for probably less than a minute, when someone was pulling over to help us, and it was Eddie!! He read my codes, setup a tow and they took it to his shop! It was a Sat. night. By Mon. he already knew what needed to be fixed to drive it again and wanted the ok to do it. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive fix! By Tues. night I had my wheels back!
