“Opened my accounts here a couple years back and Deanna, the woman who helped me, had some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. I was looking to open accounts with debit cards for my kidsbut All the banks I called refused to issue debit cards to any one under 18 except Chase. Upon speaking with her over the phone during our 1st conversation i immediately felt relieved and comfortable. She set up and appointment for us and we went in and she helped us through the entire process Including the online setup and passwords.”
