Always quick to get me in if it's for a sickness visit, and everyone is very kind and caring. My baby felt very safe with Dr. Castle, and they are partnered with Thrive pet care which saved me ~$80 on our last visit! I don't even live in Fairport anymore but it's well worth the drive for me.

Our dog has not been doing well lately. Going through a process of testing to understand what the issue is. Dr. Castle has been very kind and giving of her time to explain what is being done, and possible outcomes and next steps.

The dr and team were responsive and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to not have a veterinarian appt with numerous sales pitches. We left feeling that our dogs were cared for and their well being valued.
