We had one issue (problem provided by one of their vendors), which when we reached out to their staff, they immediately escalated it right into the hands of the owner, who addressed it quickly and effectively! Any time we need any landscape products- and we are within 20 minutes of - we go directly there.”
“Made my first visit to Wayside Garden Center today. Wow, what an amazing place! This is definitely houseplant heaven and everything else you need for gardening, birdwatching and gift giving for the gardener. Glad it’s near where I live so I can go there whenever I want. “I love to feed the birds, squirrels, chipmunks and any other critters that wander onto my property, so I'm a bit of a regular at CountryMax. I am a member of their Bird Seed Club so after every so many trips I get a free bag of bird seed, which is nice! I usually visit the one in Farmington because everyone there is so friendly and helpful. In the spring I also purchase many seedlings for my garden and they always bring lots of harvests. I love that I can bring one of my dogs into the store with me and they are greeted by staff as well. I've also had staff offer to load my car up for me as well. They have a great selection of feed for any animal and I love all their bird feeders and bird houses. The last time I went they even had canning products. You never know what you'll find.”

I was particularly impressed with the quality of the gardening tools and the variety in the paint section.The staff deserves a special mention for their expertise and friendliness, particularly in the lighting department where their guidance was invaluable. However, the store's large size, while allowing for a wide product range, means that items are often far apart. This can make quick trips longer than expected as navigating the vast aisles can be time-consuming.Despite this, the overall experience was good. The store's wide selection and helpful staff make it a go-to destination for home improvement needs, even if it requires a bit more walking.”

“I went to the Home Depot across from Eastview mall (not my regular location) and I was so pleased and surprised by the excellent survice and willingingness of employees to help me. I have not gotten this type of service at any other Home Depot locations I have been to, so wanted to applaud this location. I had several different employees direct me and help me in the store; all very pleasant and friendly. It seemed most of them were over 50-60 years old - so I'm sure that contributed to such a nice experience. This will be my new location to shop at from now on.”
“A nice place to buy any non-grocery items. They have quality clothes at rock-bottom prices. Sure, they aren't name brand clothes, but I'm a girl who appreciates a bargain. They have a huge selection of women's clothing, as well as a decent lingerie department. It's nothing too fancy, but if you just need a sweatshirt and a pair of socks, this is the place to go. People criticize it for having few groceries, but it isn't a grocery store. I expect them turning into a Super Center soon, but I'm not sure. Still, a great place filled with everything I'm going to need when I go to college, and it will let me save a few bucks for coffee.”

“We came into the store to buy two gerbils for my son. We visited a couple times to scope them out and spoke with Emma both times. She was SO sweet and SO helpful. My son had lots of questions and she was really knowledgeable about gerbil care. I really appreciate her help and patience - it made for a special day for my kiddo!”
