“No weekend is complete without a run to 5 Below. It's always for something that's needed like a phone charger cord and then I wind up seeing so many other things that I feel like I must have. This location is usually pretty well stocked and the staff is friendly. Every once in a while they're short handed up front but they seem to make it work. On this trip I got pillows and a throw for my guest bedroom because they were super cute and affordable. I also bought another bookcase/organizer because I used one of theirs for my pop up shop set up and it works really great. Even though some things are more than $5 most of my items were actually $5. If you have a very small child, I'm warning you they have lots of cute toys and a lot of candy especially near the checkout so either prep them before you go in or don't bring them.”

“I have been searching for the squishmallow mystery, dumpling kit, jumbo, and everywhere I checked they were sold out. I called the Five Below in Forest Hills on Sunday 12:7 and spoke to a very pleasant and professional young man. His name was Steven. He told me call back tomorrow. We’re supposed to be getting a shipment. Sure enough I called and he told me that they just got eight in and that he would put aside whatever amount I needed. I told him just two. I told him that my niece would be coming by to buy them. He went out of his way to take care of me. Kudos to him. He is certainly a great asset to the Five Below team. ?”
“this store is amazing in everway! i stumbled upon this store and i am so happy i did! they have many of the very best toys and great gifts for kids and adults too.. i saw that they had a huge selection if camp stationary, fantasyic pens, and " whoopie cushions" that kids just love.............. the owners try thier best to give you all you need and their kindness did not go unoticed at all. if you need anything they are more than happy to help you and they do gift wrap and ship !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! give this store a try - you wull find its great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I was a frequent customer of Toy Kiddy House back in my childhood. My mother would take me there all the time to the point where we were regulars for a NUMBER of years.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They'll ask if everything is okay as a courtesy and will always help if needed.
I was looking for a video game that they didn't have in stock and the owner called up a warehouse to see if they can expedite shipping to the store within the week.
They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.”

“Lovely shop with so many kids toys, especially a wide selection of Melissa & Doug products !! I was so happy to find so many Poke-A-Dot books here as well as Melissa & Doug place mats and stickers and drawing pads. Aside from toys they also have some gift items such as picture frames and figurines. The store is also open 7 days a week! I will definitely be returning again!”

“I was sold an opened toy but I didn’t realize until I got hope that the box was resealed. While examining the box, I saw a California cancer warning on it and decided I did not want it for my kid. When we went to return it someone else who didn’t sell us the item was there. He opened the box himself and said he can’t take it back because it we opened I told him to call the other worker and she can confirm this is how it was sold. He inspected all parts of the item and then agreed to an exchange. At the end of the day he did the right thing by us but I wouldn’t shop here again”
