Recently Rav helped process a major claim for over $4k in repairs needed - he took it on from start to finish, working directly w my warranty company AND organizing my car rental - i literally did nothing while my car was fixed, the warranty inspection & approval process totally managed by Rav ( And, I paid less than $1k! “I can’t say enough how great and helpful everyone including the owners and the sister of one of the owners have gone above and beyond from helping me get a rental car to showing me pictures of progress there are an example of how to keep a customer for life 10 stars if I could give it ! The best testimony I can give was when my daughter was in the car with me. She asked me did they give you a new car I said no this is the car that got in the accident and was fixed. She said I don’t think so. I think they just swapped out a new car for you. This looks way too new. I said OK but they did a great job and I know you can’t tell. She said it even has that new car smell how did they do that?”
