“Joe's is always our go-to late at night..early mornings..most of their employees are very considerate and pleasant..always have an open ear, especially when you're a "regular"!! They have an easily accessible entrance/exit, with one allowing you to pull out and go up to the light, do a quick (and legal) u-turn, to jump back onto the thruway??”

“I go here for my kids all the time, and they are treated well and the staff always takes care of them. Whether it is for shakes or pizza, or one of their special flavor milks, its a good place to go. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is it needs more staffing. The staff they have do a great job but are definitely overworked.”

“I come here frequently and have little to no complaints. They almost always have a full variety of grill items, very rarely do they not. The employees are very friendly and super helpful! As a new rewards member they help me to understand how they work and also show me the best ways to earn rewards points. The Slurpee machines could be a bit better as frequently I get one and they are not frozen enough, making it taste like syrup flavored frothy water. But it’s not often I get them. Monthly for my kids on warm days. Checkout is quick and easy. Location is convenient and right off the Thruway and a main rd in Farmington, which helps the thruway traffic and locals traveling to work. From what I see the deals and prices are pretty decent. 5 out of 5 stars for this place. Only lost 1 star bc the simple fixes and sometimes gas prices are better at other stores closer to the Thruway.”
