“Nice gas station with plenty of pumps. The price of gas is comparable to all the other surrounding companies. There is also a convenience store located here. Not a very big one, but decent size for you to get some snacks and drinks for the road.”

“I just gassed up and went inside for my receipt. Most self-service stations have the same problem. Their receipt printers are out of paper, so you have to go inside if you need one.”

“When "okay" is decent. Crosby's took over Arrow Mart awhile ago and made some changes. They installed new pumps and rearranged the store a bit. Okay is when a business might not be the most comprehensive nor best managerially but still worth patronizing. This fueling/convenience store happens to be situated on the favorable corner of a major intersection. Their building, and pumps are situated such that you can fuel out of the major prevailing winds during the winter. And the pumps are under a canopy. Fairly easy in&out. Easier than 7-11 on opposite corner. McDonald's next door. CVS across the road on other corner. Strip mall on the 4th other corner with Fingerlakes Coffee Roasters, AutoZone, pizza shop, Chinese take out, liquor store. Aldi is close by. Gas prices are competitive for the location. Food & beverage prices are what you expect. Crosby's also operates the adjoining Subway store so, at times, the clerk will be assisting them or stocking. It's a lean operation. Crosby's also did away with selling coffee but there's an excellent coffee house across the road. They're stringent with "ID'ing" including lottery tickets so be prepared to offer your ID. Also they sometimes tend to only accept NY State ID's which can be a nusiance for tourists or out-of-state visitors. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful which is a plus. [ I rarely give out 5-stars because, well, that takes incredible achievement.] This Crosby's gets 3.5 stars.”

“Joe's is always our go-to late at night..early mornings..most of their employees are very considerate and pleasant..always have an open ear, especially when you're a "regular"!! They have an easily accessible entrance/exit, with one allowing you to pull out and go up to the light, do a quick (and legal) u-turn, to jump back onto the thruway??”

“I come here frequently and have little to no complaints. They almost always have a full variety of grill items, very rarely do they not. The employees are very friendly and super helpful! As a new rewards member they help me to understand how they work and also show me the best ways to earn rewards points. The Slurpee machines could be a bit better as frequently I get one and they are not frozen enough, making it taste like syrup flavored frothy water. But it’s not often I get them. Monthly for my kids on warm days. Checkout is quick and easy. Location is convenient and right off the Thruway and a main rd in Farmington, which helps the thruway traffic and locals traveling to work. From what I see the deals and prices are pretty decent. 5 out of 5 stars for this place. Only lost 1 star bc the simple fixes and sometimes gas prices are better at other stores closer to the Thruway.”

“I go here for my kids all the time, and they are treated well and the staff always takes care of them. Whether it is for shakes or pizza, or one of their special flavor milks, its a good place to go. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is it needs more staffing. The staff they have do a great job but are definitely overworked.”

“This station has changed ownership/names recently but many of their employees remain the same. They’ve got a huge soft drink and beer selection in the cold cases. Their pizza ? is the best “gas station” pizza in the area as well.”
