“Just used them (3/24) and they were excellent. Professional and easy to deal with. The guys were friendly and Brenda who set me up with time and date was great. The apartment I was moving from the landlord was, to say the least, particular and protective of the building. Asked the guys to consider that and they didn’t leave not one mark or scratch on the wall. And the couch they moved was HEAVY and awkward. They were half the price of all the others I priced. They wasted no time with the move. (They charged per hour) I would recommend them and use them again in the future.”

“I hired a team of 3 for a large moving job. The movers were 2 1/2 hours late coming from another job. Despite being so late, the team was very nice and did their best to work quickly and carefully. There was a lot to move and even though they were extremely tired by the end, they were very friendly and continued to smile and stay positive. They stayed until 2:45AM to finish the big items for us but we still had to finish the rest of the pod ourselves the next day. They would have stayed to finish the job, but we could tell they were absolutely exhausted and needed rest. All around they were a very nice crew that I would recommend but would shoot for a day when they are available in the morning rather than the afternoon incase things take longer than expected.”
“I was very happy with my U-Pack move. They were great at communicating the various steps and updating me on the process. Customer service was very helpful with my questions, and the price was great. Make sure to wrap and package everything well because the truck can be dusty, but that is to be expected. As someone who moves for work often, I would definitely use U-Pack again.”
