“I must have been driving by this outstanding store for months without knowing it's there!North East True Value is where the bowling alley used to be, and is tucked away from the main road so it's very easy to miss.I stopped in for my third visit, and I'm VERY glad I did, the displays are outstanding (DeWalt heaven!), and I was impressed by their pricing as well as handy layout of displays and goods.Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! I was recently looking for a part for my extension ladder and I asked at the counter.A woman was in the back office having her lunch, she put everything down and came right out to walk me to the location where they keep ladder supplies. I was very impressed that she wanted to make sure my questions were answered.The prices are also OUTSTANDING, I ended up loading up on painting tools and supplies.You can't ask for better than that.We really need to get the word out about this excellent store and the wonderful customer service.They have a new customer in me, and I'll be coming back whenever I need something hardware related. Our small town hardware store closed, so this is my new "Go-To" Hardware resource.HIGHLY recommended.”
