The Brinckerhoff Inn Bed & Breakfast is a charming and beautiful property, meticulously restored with great attention to historical detail. It features original wide plank flooring, moldings, and hardware, offering an amazing piece of American history where it is easy to imagine historical figures walking the halls. The house provides a delightful and relaxing getaway, with rooms described as very comfy, clean, quiet, light-filled, and simply but nicely apportioned. Modern amenities like air conditioning are welcomed alongside gorgeous bathrooms with claw foot tubs. The host is very welcoming, charming, and provides exceptional service, including a wonderful tour of the property with captivating historical details. Breakfast is delicious, hearty, well-prepared, and offers nice choices, making travel easier. The area is centrally located in the Middle Hudson Valley region, not far from picturesque towns, the Catskills, the Hudson River Valley, and nearby activities like Dia Beacon, hiking trails, and the Walkway Over the Hudson. It is a highly recommended escape for a delightful experience, with many guests eager to stay again.
Cute room in a mansion with lots of history. Bob’s stories about his entrepreneurial venture and the brunches were our highlights. We woke up a bit late in the morning and rushed our breakfast which was a shame but Bob made the heartiest meal ever 😍😍

We had an incredible stay. Beautiful house, great breakfast, wonderful host, and convenient location for Dia Beacon and Fishkill Farms. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at the Brinckerhoff Inn in Fishkill, NY! It’s a beautiful and cozy B&B with the best gluten-free fluffy pancakes and homemade omelets made from scratch by the owner. The place is classic, simple, and so charming — and the host is incredible! 10/10 would recommend! 🌟
