“Switching from ATT to Verizon, while also switching from Apple to Android is an intimidating process, but Jeff at this Verizon location was absolutely incredible. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, explained every, tiny thing so thoroughly. He made this process so easy, even when I ran into some minor issues. He's the best out there! The other employees I briefly spoke to were also very nice. If management sees this, please reward Jeff! A++”

“This Verizon is probably the best in the Hudson Valley. It is the first time I walked into a store and felt comfortable - ALL BECAUSE of Christian T.! He was very helpful! My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and Apple Watches. We even reviewed our current plan and were able to bundle our Netflix and Disney account to save money. I was so pleased that I decided to apply for the Verizon credit card as well. Very glad I did! His level of expertise and customer service is that of a corporate level! Thank you”

“I purchased a new phone a little over a week ago and I had an accident and my toddler dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I was absolutely furious and so frustrated and then I decided to take my phone in to the store. I met the manager at the location and his name was Hamza I believe but he said I can call him Mike. I very upset that my screen was shattered but I was also furious walking into the store knowing I have to spend more money. It was like Mike knew how I was feeling and he was just so kind and showed so much empathy to my situation. The store was pretty busy but he looked at me and told me to return in 30 minutes to pick up my phone. I returned to the location about 20 minutes later and Mike got up and told me that my phone was ready. I was absolutely shocked and obviously very happy at how fast he repaired my phone and it has been working now better than ever. I would absolutely be recommending this location to anyone that I know because of the kind treatment I received from the manager Mike. There should be more people like him managing stores like these. If it was possible to give more than five stars, then I definitely would be giving more. “Spectacular service. CeCe the associate spent much time with me to discover the best phone for my use. Manager came along during transaction and searched for promotional values. He found a $500 Samsung phone for me that would have a net cost of $100. Best experience that I had this year in any retail store. This store is Inside the Galleria, not the one on route 9.”

“This store is nice and spacious. You get greeted as soon as you walk in the door it doesn’t matter how many people are in there are getting helped, Someone’s always paying attention to you. Staff is great and knowledgeable. The sales person Elayna, had me in and out of the store within one hour, probably less with switching from another company and porting my number over and all of that jazz, etc. She and her staff members took my bill from at@t and matched my new version bill with all my perks from the other company but blew them out of the water as far as pricing. Elayna introduced me to the Google AI subscription i thought id never use, love it in fact.”

“I didn't know that you have to cancel your plan or other arrangements by phone before you come here. If not they will not accept anything from you. There is no wait. You can turn in items that are not working for replacements. After 19 years with them they are calling constantly to get me and husband back. Too late!”
