“Switching from ATT to Verizon, while also switching from Apple to Android is an intimidating process, but Jeff at this Verizon location was absolutely incredible. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, explained every, tiny thing so thoroughly. He made this process so easy, even when I ran into some minor issues. He's the best out there! “This store is nice and spacious. You get greeted as soon as you walk in the door it doesn’t matter how many people are in there are getting helped, Someone’s always paying attention to you. Staff is great and knowledgeable. The sales person Elayna, had me in and out of the store within one hour, probably less with switching from another company and porting my number over and all of that jazz, etc. She and her staff members took my bill from at@t and matched my new version bill with all my perks from the other company but blew them out of the water as far as pricing. Elayna introduced me to the Google AI subscription i thought id never use, love it in fact.”
