“When I received my car and got out on the Belt Parkway I realize that my tank was on E. I called the location where I picked it up and they said that they would take care of it by not having me to pay for gas I had signed to have a prepaid.
I had to drive around for about 20 minutes till I found a gas station. And I brought the car back with a fuel
when I shouldn't have. And I was billed for the gas still. I have used Enterprise in numerous times and never had an issue this is the first time that I've had an issue.”

At the end of the day Enterprise did the right thing. They refunded me for the towing which was $535! And they dropped the fee for the vehicle. It restores faith, shows just how reputable this company is.”
