Just awful. Unable to access customer service. Have left many messages. Need to update account for which I have POA. They will not call back. And a hack of 87 years old man's debit card which they deny. Took 3 weeks to get $497. back into his account. I suppose that they think that he went to Arizona to shop in a Walmart.

This is a big bank posing as a small credit union. They actually don't care about their customers and do not make any allowances for good customers with more than one loan and in good standing with the bank. They hold checks and hold large portions of your savings account. I don't recommend banking here.

Service is non existent and totally un-helpful. Actors. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. You will thank yourself later.
