“Friendly and competent automotive body shop that's walkable to busses and the subway. North Shore was on the Allstate list of approved shops, which made it easy for a direct bill to the insurance company of the car that backed into me. The process was easy and the staff even offered to handle my Enterprise rental car return. The repair took a bit longer than expected, but I was in and out within a week. Dropoff and pickup can be hairy on a busy street congested with double parked cars, but the North Shore team has experience jockeying cars around. I am a happy customer and the car looks great.”

“Amazing experience. My car was parked and hit in the early in the morning. VMA had a tow truck there for me in minutes. We went to the shop and they had a rental waiting for me. They called me every other day to keep me informed on the progress of my car. Top notch work! 100% professional! All of the staff made me feel worry free throughout the process. “This auto body shop is fantastic! Not only do they offer some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, but the team is incredibly dedicated. If you’re not completely happy with somthing , they’ll leave the ego at the door and fix it with the utmost care. Lu is a great Man and honest as they come ! there are only two shops in Queens I’d recommend for your car , and this is definitely one of them. And don’t forget to bring the cannolis!”
“I came to New Kim’s Auto Center with a broken side mirror that was unfortunately hit while my car was parked. I brought the car over, they gave me an estimate at a great price, and even gave me a tip on where I could source a mirror if I wanted to find one on my own, and they could install it for me.
I took their advice and got a side mirror, brought it back to the shop and they installed it for me in less than 5 minutes for a fantastic price.
This shop is fast, efficient, and most importantly HONEST! If I ever need any repairs again I would definitely bring it here without hesitation, and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.”

“extremely professional and quick experience with this shop. had my car for less than two days, I couldn't figure out The shifters due to their unconventional design and accidentally hit my rear bumper while maneuvering the car. I was freaking out and got quoted an insanely high price at the dealership, where they told me the bumper was not fixable and would have to be replaced. The shop provided me with great service at a reasonable price and my car looks brand new. The owner is awesome! Definitely recommended”

“Amazing experience! I was in a car accident recently and was lucky enough to have one of the nicest dudes from the shop be nearby when it happened. Was super helpful (with this being my first) and completely overwhelmed with what to do.

“My car was sadly impounded by drunk drivers in the middle of the night. Mike was there to tow my car and from the beginning was very kind and supportive through it all! He did not push me and respected my thoughts and encouraged me to look around. He was so validating and empathetic, which you really don’t see from much people nowadays. I had a nail in my tire and he fixed it sooo quickly for only $20. The whole thing took about 5 minutes! He removed the nail, patched the tire, put it back on my car, and I was on my way in under 10 minutes.
Jaspal was incredibly sweet, professional, and funny the entire time. He was making jokes while working and was such a personable guy. It’s rare to find someone that fast, honest, and friendly.
