The Chinese staff are unfriendly and uncooperative in trying to resolve the issue. A branch I don't want to go to.

No body picks up the phone in this branch. Been on hold for 2 hours kept transferring me to useless customer service that couldn't answer my question. Customer service said I need to talk to someone in my branch which I can't get in touch with.

Every time I go, I have to wait too long, the staff is unfriendly, and computer problems occur so frequently that I have to come back several times. Still, they don't feel sorry at all, and they don't seem to care about the customers' time or inconvenience.
