“If you are looking for the definition of five-star customer service at Apple, this location delivers it consistently. Even on an extremely busy afternoon, the store manager took the time to assist me with a level of professionalism and care that you rarely see inside a flagship retail store.
He helped me walk through all of my trade-in options clearly, made sure I understood what would give me the best value, and even packaged everything for me so it was ready to go. He also looked up and confirmed the correct drop-off location for my device. He used his own phone to pull up directions, landmarks, and nearby reference points so I would not get lost on the way. Before I left, he double-checked that I felt confident in the process and that every question was answered.
This store is enormous, high-traffic, and visually overwhelming if you are stopping in for a quick errand without an appointment. Because of the store manager’s patience, attention to detail, and genuine kindness, this experience felt easy and seamless. It completely changed how I view this location.
Because of the service I received on November 4th 2025 around 4:30 PM, this is the only Apple store I will be returning to in Manhattan (and it is open 24 hours!). Highly recommend.”

“Ordered a Nanuk case bundle through Amazon which was fulfilled by this store. It was supposed to come with another accessory, hence the bundle. Never received the accessory. I called customer service which told me to email them. I emailed and never heard anything back. Edit: They saw my review and reached out to solve the problem. Upgraded to four stars.”
“I had this obscure issue with my projector for years. Asked everyone I know that’s tech-inclined, researched on my own, brought it in to other tech shops and no one could trouble shoot it. Walked into Mikey’s and explained the issue— they solved the problem right then and there. Hell yes, thank you, 6 stars.”

“Taz was excellent in fixing my MSI gaming laptop. He told me exactly what needed to be done and his fix worked immediately for my charge port. He's so good at what he does in fact and fair I had him change out the keyboard that I had that was failing that was a very challenging job and also a failing fan and he did it perfectly. Really lucky to have found Taz and I'll continue to go to him with any issue I have with my gaming laptop.”
“I love my neighborhood MicroCenter. I needed a PC right away as I ruined mine with hot coffee! I was in and out of the store in 40 minutes with just the right replacement laptop and all the information I needed to get right back to work. There's nothing like good customer service and I knew I'd get it here. I've bought many computers and accessories here and never had any problems. And with free parking, why go anywhere else?”

“I have purchased 3 refurbished computers from this company and I have a 4th in transit. I think one might have been slightly different from what I thought I was getting but I was still impressed with the model I got. Two of the 3 computers are still working - going on 2 years - with zero problems. The first computer I ordered from iZoomUSA died [hard drive failure] 3 days ago but for the price I paid and for as long as I had it I can't complain at all. Not at all! It did what I needed it to do and more. I have not had any problems with this company. Therefore I highly recommend it for what it offers. I am not sure a refurbished laptop is for everyone because refurbished means exactly that and nothing more. If you want all the bells and whistles you should probably save for a new one. I know that when I want a laptop ASAP that will do what I want it to do and I don't have a lot of money iZoomUSA is who I go to. I know I am getting a good product for a good price and that is the way I prefer to roll.”
“No fuss, no muss, no attempt to up-sell or any other bullsh*t . I walked in with a dead desktop machine. Guy opened it up on the bench in front of me, diagnosed the issue, replaced the power supply and had me out in less than 15 mins. All for a very reasonable fee. I found my guy for computer issues.”
