“Overall had a very pleasant stay at this location. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Ivana who was exceptional and had a bright smile that felt warm and welcoming. Throughout baggage storage and then later for check-in, she was friendly and kindly answered all questions that we had. The hotel was also located in a great area with many shops and restaurants nearby in walkable distance. My overall experience at this location exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return again in the future.”

“Beautiful hotel by LaGuardia so much nicer than your typical Marriott chain was immediately greeted by Snyder and Mari. Spotless room thanks to Sondra. Had to stay an extra day, Mirko made that happen….Iris was even nice enough give advice where to eat and when I was running a few min late at checkout. Highly recommend if you’re in Flushing.”

“Great, cozy hotel located in the Asian town area of Queens. Quiet despite being so close to the airport and a busy street out front. Was on the 6th floor and there were only 8 total rooms on the floor, which I loved. Had an excellent FREE breakfast. Couple blocks from the Flushing/Main St. 7 station into Manhattan. Plethora of good dining options nearby, but mostly Asian cuisine so if you’re looking for variety nearby you’re out of luck.”

“I’ve stayed at the Sheraton LaGuardia east hotel a handful of times now , and have had the pleasure of being met by Ken at the front desk . This last stay the air conditioning was running a bit warm . Ken sent a maintenance engineer by to try dialing in the issue. In the meantime he checked another room on a different floor to see if the temperature was cooler . It was . My room was switched within 10 minutes and enjoyed my stay . I love to see that level of hospitality it’s extremely rare. Ken thank you and I look forward to booking again”

“Had a red-eye from the West Coast and landed at JFK at 7 AM. My next flight out was scheduled for 10 PM the same day, so I booked a room here. Unfortunately, upon arriving at 8 AM, they had no available rooms, which I suspected, but I asked anyway. I stored luggage with them. They said they would text me when a room became available—they never did. I had breakfast at Little Uluh on the 3rd floor — basic breakfast food before 10:30 AM and overpriced for what you get. $25 for smashed avocado toast that comes with a side salad? C’mon now. Nice seating area, however. When I finally came back to the hotel at 1 PM, my room was ready. I had room 1009 — fantastic view of the entire Manhattan skyline!! Bed was very comfortable. Shower had strong water pressure. The only drawback was the shower head leaked. I tried to shut off the shower but to no avail. Water continued to drip despite it being in the off position. I let the front desk know. Easy walking distance to various restaurants, boba shops, coffee, and the New World Mall Food Court.”

I realized it after I checked out of the hotel. When I contacted the hotel Lisa helped me and coordinated with the housekeeping to find it. She contacted me and worked efficiently to deliver it to me at LGA airport on the day of my departure. Thank you Lisa again for your help. Very grateful to you.”

“We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Parking is included and never a problem. The rooms are always clean. There are many restaurants a 10 min walk away. Short drive to the airports. Not far 20 minute MTA ride to the Tennis center. Staff has always been friendly. The rooms aren't huge, but the are big enough for a couple.”

“I made a reservation for my mother-in-law, and she said the place was very good and clean. Since she’s a tourist and wasn’t familiar with the area, she had some trouble locating it at first. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient in giving her directions and making sure she could find the place. We really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!”
