“There is a bit of a wait usually at this post office but the staff has always been courteous and professional in my experience. I had experienced an issue with missing mail and the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. It’s a small post office but I appreciate their efforts in making it more efficient by providing drop off bins inside for prepaid packages so you don’t have to wait on line. Not all post offices do this and I like that they do, it makes it so much faster.”

“I used to have major problems with LaserShip in the past, that I stopped buying online from any businesses that use LaserShip.
My recent order caught me off guard and it was too late to reverse my order. LaserShip, I was pissed. I contacted LaserShip via chat. I sent specific instructions, not thinking they would be followed. I get a call from the driver and met him on the lobby, which is a known area packages are left for grabs. I was like, wow, this is the way to start off a new year. Here's my review and I think we should always call these couriers with detailed instructions and pray they follow them.
