“Been there to track my returned and disposed package. Kelvin and Malissa, and one of the women a the counter who I don’t know the name. They’re being really helpful for me to go through the package and found it eventually. The package is really important to me. I do really appreciate their patience and being really helpful.”
“There is a bit of a wait usually at this post office but the staff has always been courteous and professional in my experience. I had experienced an issue with missing mail and the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. It’s a small post office but I appreciate their efforts in making it more efficient by providing drop off bins inside for prepaid packages so you don’t have to wait on line. Not all post offices do this and I like that they do, it makes it so much faster.”
“I’m giving 5 stars because Sir Nelson was so kind, patient, and understanding while processing our toddler’s passport application. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and made everything much easier for us.
