I called for a same-day appointment, and Kevin was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining all my options. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade from a basic wash to a full detail, and the team went above and beyond, even staying late so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. That alone earned my loyalty for life!
When I picked up my car, I was STUNNED — it looked better than when I bought it. Kevin patiently answered all my (many!) questions (most of which were unrelated to the detail service, and more about general car maintenance), walked me through everything they did, and shared great advice on how to keep it looking new.
As a woman new to car ownership, I really appreciated how honest, helpful, and welcoming everyone was. No upselling, no jargon. Just genuine service and amazing results. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

A great team who got out some funky handprints on the exterior that would not come out in regular car washes or my own personal attempts. “I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to CPLE Imperial Car Wash and Lube. On February 19, 2025, I paid $75 for a car wash, only to notice after the wash that the visor window in my vehicle was broken. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee, but was informed that the business would not take responsibility for the damage. This situation is very frustrating because the visor was in perfect condition before the wash. I am left confused about how this damage occurred and upset that the business is unwilling to address the issue. I believe that when a vehicle is in a business's care, any damages should be acknowledged and resolved. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I hope this matter is taken seriously and handled professionally moving forward.”
