They don't answer their phone. After 4 or 5 rings it gets transferred to the nationwide call center. Very useful if you want to find out if the local branch has a particular foreign currency in stock. I say sarcastically. I called 18 times in the last hour. They didn't bother to pick up a single call at the local branch.
The Hispanic teller with the short hair is very rude and her attitude is horrible. What a disgusting woman! Plus she's very very slow. People like her are why I left Citibank that day for good. You could learn a thing or two from Chase and TD Bank
Tellers are smart and friendly. They usually dont have the proper staffing to cover the amount of customers...this is a busy branch.
