“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

“I have alway been leery about buying cars online, especially used cars, but George K. made this process seamless. He was very helpful in the entire process. I reached out, he gave me the numbers, I was comfortable with all the details he provided, and I flew in from Texas to make the purchase. No surprises, the car was in the same conditions as described and in the pictures, and I drove off with my Mini. “I came into the shop with transmission problems and unfortunately the worst case scenario, a total redo of my tranny. Knowing I was from out of state and distraught, he prioritized my truck which told me the owner cared about my well being and truly it just made me feel great that he sympathize with my situation. The owner Robert was there to greet, manage the front end process, keep me informed and at the end to provide me with the green light my truck was good as new. The price was in line with others but the financing options with the warranties along with the amazing customer service, was what it easy for me to say let’s get this fixed.
