“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

“I always go to Mavis, so when I got a sudden flat tire down the road from this location, they took me instantly. I called and asked if they had time to take me within a half hour, and Joe told me absolutely. When I got there, I didn’t even have to go in the building. Joe walked up to me and asked if I was the person who called, and then took my keys and brought the car in right away. Even when I asked for a last minute oil change request, they did it with no issues whatsoever.
They even went out of their way to help my friend with his car’s rear wiper even though he didn’t come in for any service to be done. Rich took time out of his schedule to get my friend exactly what he needed. They genuinely care for their customers.

“I have alway been leery about buying cars online, especially used cars, but George K. made this process seamless. He was very helpful in the entire process. I reached out, he gave me the numbers, I was comfortable with all the details he provided, and I flew in from Texas to make the purchase. No surprises, the car was in the same conditions as described and in the pictures, and I drove off with my Mini. Car salesmen have bad reps with selling used cars, but George is DEF not one of those shady ones. Feel comfortable, and at ease when getting a car from him. I know I will be returning back to him for another vehicle.”

“I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. When I dropped off my car, they immediately offered to drive me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to spend all morning waiting on a shuttle—such a thoughtful gesture and a great way to start the process.
Throughout the repair, they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. The quality of their work is outstanding; you truly can’t tell anything ever happened to my car. On top of that, they even washed it before pickup, which was such a nice surprise.

“Richard Ciarletta, one of the Service Advisors at Empire Subaru is definitely an asset. I've had three scheduled maintenance visits thus far (vehicle purchased in December 2024), and he has been my service advisor for the last two visits.
I've gone for maintenance (oil change, tire rotations, etc) on both busy and slow days, and at all times, Mr. Ciarletta was always calm and composed. He never rushed me when it was my turn, and when one of the visits became longer than anticipated, he apologized and discounted my bill, which was unnecessary (I was fortunately not in any rush that day). My visit yesterday took all of 25 minutes (Oil Change and Tire Rotation).
Dealerships get a bad rep. for being overpriced and overly pushy; Mr. Ciarletta is an example of this being false. He did recommend services, but just as gracefully accepted me declining them for the time being.
Can I get my service done cheaper elsewhere? Maybe. But the cost of Mr. Ciarletta's professionalism and friendliness is immeasurable.

“Trustworthy and impeccable in their work - we had two cars repaired after being rear ended recently - they didn’t miss a single detail and both came out better than new. I returned to ask Dave a question a few weeks later (after a dealer tried to tell me it was time for new shocks 3 weeks after they had been installed by Schuberts) and he got right under the car and gave me all the info and knowledge I needed to understand their working condition. Wish everyone built their business on trust and quality like Schuberts has for so many years!”

“I brought my Volkswagen Touareg into Bobbys to install an X pipe and my experience was absolutely fantastic. I am a car guy and absolutely love vehicles and my own cars so I’m always a bit worried to bring them to places to get work done but Bobbys reviews speak for themselves. His fantastic reputation is absolutely true and my needs were met and exceeded greatly. I called up this morning to make an appointment and immediately got a respectful answer and a time to come in from Bobby himself. When I arrived I was greeted by Bobby and his assistant who were both friendly, respectful and enjoyable to talk to. My car was immediately brought into the bay exactly at the appointment time and I got to meet one of Bobbys employees in the back as well. He instantly got to work on my car and the job was done in a timely fashion but to an extremely high quality. The waiting area has many cool car related models and race inspired products showing that Bobby sees cars in a way that true car guys do. When the job was done he had me come back to personally check the underside of the car to see the work was done correctly and had me start up the car with him to make sure everything was done correctly. Clearly a respectful and honest man of his word who hires only the hardest working, most respectful staff. My car is not worth a million bucks but it was treated with the same level of care as a brand new, worthless vehicle. It looked, smelled and drove exactly as it did when I brought it in but it just sounded a whole lot better. I will absolutely use Bobbys again with my next exhaust needs and I highly recommend them. Good price, fantastic staff and a job well done.”
