“This is such a a PHENOMENAL store. The product is always fresh and store is always very clean and well organized. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They have so many candies packed in bulk that you can't find anywhere else-- spice drops, chocolate covered raspberry rings, good and plenty, etc

“If you're familiar with the ALDI chain, this is a pretty standard location. Less crowded than average, generally more well kept up than some locations I've seen, the people working there are friendly.
Same stocking issues I've seen where some items disappear on Sunday afternoons, but that's across the board.
Of course, same decent quality for low prices that you see at other locations. We try to do the bulk of our shopping at Aldi and buy at other stores on the perimeter, where we have to and that's worked out for us You can't get everything at Aldi, but you can typically get enough to make it worth a weekly or semi-weekly trip.”
“This is the no frills no fuss market your grandma experienced. Just great products on a shelf without all the sales promos and gimmicks. There is only one brand of some essentials like Oat milk and they carry their own brands which are generally very good and cheap. I save 20% on my overall food bill by shopping here! Their BEST items are the orange juice, the German coffee, chicken breasts and the cut fruit.”
“I have found that my local Ithaca P&C Fresh has the best meat in town at great prices, and now stocks fresh lamb from a local organic farm. Last week I ordered lamb rib chops for a family celebration from the butcher, Sean. He arranged everything, and all with a smile. The lamb was delivered on Wednesday afternoon, and by 9AM Thursday he had beautiful (and delicious!) chops ready for me -- at about $6 less a pound than Wegman's. Thank you, P&C!”

“Did an Instacart order online. Our groceries were brought out literally the minute I reported on scene and the worker who brought them out was wonderful. He literally stood by lifting each bag out of the cart to me and took the cart. First time that’s ever happened, and I know they employ special needs persons A+”

“July 2024 this Tops pharmacy is sooo fast at filling prescriptions.
I’ve been using Ithaca downtown Wegman’s Pharmacy for a year, and they’re great helpful staff there, but it can also take days for refills, and at least 1-3 hours if you call directly. I’ve received texts from them that my meds are ready, and when I arrive that same day I still have to wait 15-30 min. for them to finish.
Versus this month now 4 times I’ve left a doctor appointment in downtown Ithaca and called the Tops from the parking lot to see when my med would be ready, and they announce each time it’s already done.
Tops staff isn’t as smiley/friendly as Wegman’s in person at the counter, but they are fast.”

“Aisles are cramped, but clean. Stock levels are fairly good. LONG wait times at busy hours due to lack of scheduled hours for sufficient cashiers. After the other dollar store closed in town, this is the only option in a reasonable distance to shop at.”

“Newly built store and it is quite spacious, well stocked, clean and friendly staff. The aisles dont seem as cramped as regular DG stores. Store has a nice layout to it”
