“I utilized a climate controlled storage unit with Ideal for two plus years. I had my precious belongings there: furniture, artwork, family heirlooms. I moved out yesterday. Everything was in excellent shape- not even any dust to speak of. I had an issue once during that time- the outer door didn’t work on a very cold and snowy day. The owner came and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this business. Well worth the cost.”
