Items were absolutely packed into more boxes than was required leading to the price being drastically more than expected. The help moving out and storage was fantastic, but if you end up using this DEFINITELY pack up your things yourself.

The entire process, from scheduling an appointment to having the team pick up my boxes for storage, was very smooth. I also appreciated that they provided three free boxes and delivered my belongings directly to my dorm the following year.

I ordered the boxes from Big Red. Big Red delivered them with packing tape. My son packed everything and Big Red took all the boxes and shipped them home...The only thing I would suggest is to send tracking info after boxes are shipped.
