“I can't recommend Marbren Tire (now renamed Tire Town Express) highly enough. I got new tires there in 2019 and their prices were reasonable, they were friendly, fast and efficient. After hitting a bad pothole on the LIE in Aug. 2022, they had a replacement tire in stock, suggested I only needed 1 new tire when I thought I would need at least 2 and I was in and out in about an hour. Vinny, the Manager is friendly and awesome as is Roberto in the shop. They don't give you a hard-oversell and suggest unneeded parts and repairs like some of their nearby 21st Street competitors. They are very conveniently located in LIC near the LIE, and near the 59th Street bridge and Queens Midtown Tunnel.”

“Called and spoke with Junior. He said he can give me a good price on Advanta tires. I never heard of the company but when I looked them up I found that they are a tire company in Arizona and been there since 1982. I read that their tires can compete with the best. I'm not exaggerating but I feel like I'm driving a Cadillac instead of the Kia and I also noticed I'm saving money on gas. Junior's great! The guys working on my tires were great! They were careful with the rims and the service was fast. I love Cross Island tires. I will be telling my family and friends about them.”

Some days may be busy due to the shop being a little small but when its not Oil change, inspections, tire patches are in and out! All the mechanics are very honest in what needs to be replaced and does not try to upsell anything you wont need. Don't be fooled by other reviewers who clearly don't understand if they don't like the shops price they are not obligated to get work done on their vehicle there. Compared to a lot of other shops in Fresh Meadows these guys do the best work!”
