He answered all the questions we had and was very patient with me and my wife. We are elderly and not that tech saavy so we really appreciated his patience. “The service here is excellent. The staff is obviously knowledgeable, and I add as a compliment: relentless. They worked on two Nintendo 64s I brought in for repair until they brought them both back from the dead.
As an added bonus the staff are very personable. I looked forward to speaking with the woman who took on my broken consoles every time I got an update.”

Update: It is now 3 years later and we are purchasing new devices with Joe again and the service was still exceptional. Joseph gave us all our options and did not push and that is what we love the most about him. We purchased 2 new phones and an iPad from him and he made sure to spend the time with us to see we were signed back in to all our accounts. Joseph is a tremendous asset to Verizon.
