“**UPDATE** I contacted the carecenter and an investigator reached out to me and investigated the matter and then followed up to inform me that the staff had been coached on improving their behavior. The investigator was very sympathetic and supportive. I feel its only fair to update and provide a good review for M&Ts responsive efforts.
I had an extremely UNPLEASANT experience with the branch manager at this branch. She was unnecessarily rude and condescending and should not be working in a customer service position with such an attitude.”
