Returned item with gift receipt, got store credit. Also returned item I purchased and was given a gift receipt when I wanted a refund to my account. Find clothing overpriced and poor quality.

Though a bit pricey, J. Jill is great when it comes to generous sizing and has helpful and accommodating staff. The clothes are all good quality and I was able to get a little pick me up outfit that brightened my mood, will definitely be back!

Excellent service! I love JJill; everything looks good on me. Other companies' clothes don't fit right and shopping can be a nightmare
