“The Nordstrom at Roosevelt Field is an excellent department store and consistently provides a great shopping experience. The store is spacious, clean, and beautifully organized, with an impressive selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products, and designer brands.
What really stands out is the customer service. The employees are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being overly pushy. Nordstrom has always been known for its service, and this location does a great job living up to that reputation.
The store is easy to navigate, the merchandise is presented nicely, and there’s a good mix of both higher-end brands and everyday options. The shoe and beauty departments in particular have an excellent selection.
Overall, a great place to shop at Roosevelt Field. Excellent selection, a pleasant atmosphere, and very good customer service make this Nordstrom a store I’m always happy to return to.”
“Came in to pick out a skateboard for my daughter who’s a first time rider. Was welcomed immediately by staff who were so friendly. We went toward the back of the shop and were helped by Izzy who had been building a board at the time. She was so beyond helpful throughout the process and providing great tips for equipment needed as well as pointers on getting started. Will definitely be coming back.”

“This review is for Sales Associate Giovanni G (Geo). I walked in absolutely clueless, hopeless, and frustrated looking for a wedding suit. Geo walked through the store with me and showed me every option. He explained all of the intricate details that differentiate each suit. He helped me find my size, my look, and most importantly my confidence. I tried on all of these different suits for hours. Mixing and matching, deciding and then changing my mind….He was there with me the whole time and was always patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and FUNNY. After hours of searching for the right suit he got other members to help finalize the look. They all helped me figure out the last details from the tie, to the belt, socks and shoes. Landra added her flair with more styling tips and Rob helped me get the perfect hemming on the pants. After 1 day of planning and 2 days choosing the add ons and waiting for the hemming to be done, I left EXCITED for a wedding I felt embarrassed to be at (I was worried I would look stupid). The most important part of this whole experience, aside from the look….Geo reminded me to have fun with my people. Now, I CAN. Thank you everyone, especially Geo! I will be back for future events!!!”
“This review is for YSL in Roosevelt Field. What a great store! All the sales help there are so nice. I always walk in there just to look around because I love the product line and I can’t decide what I want, and everyone is so helpful and courteous. They never get upset, even when I tell them I’m just browsing. They treat me like I’m their best customer. Jordan is amazing, as are Gillian, Danielle, and Dana. Today I finally decided to buy a bag and a wallet (my Christmas gift). I love my purchase, and what makes it even nicer is that I got it from such a great place with great sales people. They made my purchase even more special!”

“I would have given 0 stars if it weren’t for the tail end of my visit. I came to the store with my boyfriend to exchange something for my mother. I walked in through the main entrance and initially asked the employees who work in mens near brands like polo and near all of the jeans they sell. The first 2 people I approached were having phone calls, 1 was even having a FaceTime call with what looked like a friend using profanity right in front of customers like myself. When I asked for helped, they looked annoyed that I interrupted their phone calls and simply told me “oh you do returns over there” and randomly pointed in a direction. I figured I might as well get someone else’s help but unfortunately was bounced around 5 separate times by employees who did not want to assist with a simple exchange and kept telling me “oh we can’t do that for you” or “you have to do it somewhere else”.
At this point I was extremely frustrated and asked for a manager. The employee told me they were not available because their manager told them earlier “they were busy and not to bother them” which I’ve never heard such a ridiculous response to a customer. I had enough and decided I was going to leave and just call customer service and went to find my boyfriend. He was checking out stuff in the mens suit area and was confused why I hadn’t exchanged the items yet. Thankfully, and the only reason I didn’t give this review 1 star, was because of the amazing service I finally received at the end. My boyfriend was working with someone named John who then called his manager Phil over. I have to say, if it wasn’t for the amazing level of empathy and service they gave me, I don't think I’d ever step foot again in Bloomingdales. The manager was very apologetic for the service I received and went above and beyond to make me feel heard when I was at a point of such frustration and anger at how I was treated. I can’t thank you enough for turning my experience around for the better and the best part is now my boyfriend will be coming back to purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding we have with John. If this level of service was given throughout the entire building, everyone would have a standout experience.”
“This one in Roosevelt Field Mall needs an update in Google Maps. They need to state its current location which is on 3rd floor of Macy's side of the establishment. Find your deal when you get there.”

Every time I come to the store here at Roosevelt Fields Mall, it is bar none the best experience I’ve had with Madewell. Well, the attention to detail and hospitality is surely second to none. I usually have to end up purchasing online. They need more variety in sizing of pants, not everyone wears size 1, half sizes would also be appreciated!”
“Great experience at this Gap Factory store. The store is very clean and well organized, with clearly separated sections for men, women, and kids, which makes it easy to find what you are looking for without digging around.
The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout, happy to answer questions and point me in the right direction. Pricing is excellent, especially when they are running promotions, and the value you get for the quality is hard to beat.

She showed my mother the selection very thoroughly, explaining the price, what kind of bag/wallet it was. She bagged each item separately so that it could be easily identified.
