They answered all my questions perfectly.I never could fit in to the x small cookie helmet which was my actual true size, and I planned to buy the medium size. Sonic, guided me how to wear the helmet right and since then, I could fit in to the x small size perfectly.The customer service is excellent and I will make sure to buy my future gear from them when I am ready to downsize.
