“I usually don't shopped at this Tops location, while shopping I seen a display of a hanging egg chair. I went back a few weeks later 07/29/25 to see if it was still there, it was so I purchased it. I have the best customer service experience ever. Holly, who I think is a manager was outstanding, I told her I wanted to purchase the display, I didn't want to put it together, she made sure to get me assistance, in order to get the chair in my car. Along, comes Jay who was amazing as well. Jay, unscrewed the bar in order to get the chair in my car, he made sure that I had all the screws required to put the bar back together. Both of their, attitudes we amazing not once did they made me fell like I was not important and what they were doing was a pleasure to assist me. Both Holly and Jay stayed with me until I pulled off with my chair!! HOLLY and JAY are the best and deserve to be rewarded for outstanding customer service, they went above and beyond job expectations. I'm sure they have helped others as well. Because of HOLLY and JAY, I will continue to shop at the Gates Location. KUDOS!!! to HOLLY and JAY!!”

“Each time my friends and I go camping, we conduct our own beer tasting event. Each of us bring a variety of craft beers and the 11 of us share 2 oz samples. I was recently in the Greece area and decided to stop by this business. I was looking for unique tastings and was pleasantly surprised with the sour and ale varieties. Pineapple Whip was the overall favorite of the group but we enjoyed the cherry vanilla cola, zombie (so good), fruit punch sour, so many to list. This will be my go to spot for future friends tasting adventures.”
“I like Aldi's. I think their products are very good. They need a variety of fish instead of salmon. Not a fan. Prices are high where ever u go, but Aldi's does provide good food and they are lower priced than any other store

“I've been going to Olindo's since I was a kid and have continued to shop there as an adult. It is a treasure trove of Italian goodies. They carry all sorts of shapes of pasta, and a great selection of meats & cheeses. Going to Olindo's is a must go stop before heading out of town to visit family that has lived in Rochester to stock up on things they can't find where they are, and a destination when they come to visit.”

“Aldi has the essentials at a price point that is equal to or less than the best price anywhere else. If you're looking for mostly brand name groceries, this isn't for you. But if you're like me and you want top quality store branded groceries and home goods for the best price, you can't go wrong at ALDI. Some stores have a wider variety than others; for example, my ALDI on Lake Ave in Rochester has almost everything but if I get a chance to visit the Webster location I know I'll find more choices. They do occasionally have brand name products at a slight discount over MSRP through their rotating stock schedule, so there's always a nice surprise or two waiting around the aisle. ALDI comes as a top recommendation from this local frugal consumer!”

“I'm glad to have this store in my neighborhood! Without them, we'd have a food desert. Yes, the prices are (sometimes significantly) higher than Wegmans, however it's in line with what's to be expected for the convenience of not having to take 2 busses to Wegmans or Walmart.”

“Today I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Kendall. She was super friendly and had a beautiful beaming smile. Plus she managed to get all of our groceries into a tiny bag!We had a little banter at the till and she mentioned that she liked the colour of my Hijab (Muslim head covering). I was absolutely flabbergasted that Kendall actually knew what it was called and instantly she made me feel welcome (which is not how I usually feel).I am actually lost for words but I have the biggest smile on my face.If management are reading this review then give the girl a pay rise because she is definitely a merit to Tops and deserves it.Just a note to say Kendall was friendly and welcoming to all the customers not just me. “I use it often. It's comparatively smaller than some other grocery stores, so you can be done quickly. Henrietta one and Winton Rd , both, Convenient near many additional stores and restaurants. Multiple locations in the Monroe County area. Love the price, the quality and packaging size ; perfect for us. The seasonal products they carry are good for our taste. The 'finds' , be it household goods from chair to sheet sets, clothing, shoes, etc. we have bought so many. Family also appreciate the gluten free selection. Now with beer , wine and cocktails added, it's mostly a one stop shop. My yard has perennials from Aldi, that enjoy year after year. Extended family in other States, also love Aldi!!!❤️❤️❤️”
“I called the restaurant to see if they accept credit card, the guy was very nice n said yes they do, n asked if I wanted to order, so that when I get there it be ready. I order white rice, Beef Stew, n vegetables, n like a patty from Haiti, the food was delicious, the beef was sooooo tender that the meat just fall off, n the seasoning was excellent ?.. the place is nice n CLEAN.. “I am pretty much a straight up ALDI shopper.. the staff will know if they have an item again if it’s not there today, comeback later or if it’s a once in while item they will tell you. Prices are much, much easier on our grocery bill so sometimes we can splurge here and there! The ‘Aisle of Shame’ yielded solid deals on items we needed to take back to Rochester!All in if you have ever shopped TJ’s you can spot gourmet products in the aisles at ALDI but I don’t feel like someone is charging me an arm AND a leg like I used to at the family W—man’s stores.. Shopping is much more of a pleasure than a chore at ALDI ?”
