The printer was malfunctioning but she assured me that she could fix it which she did. She was also very apologetic about how long it took even though it wasn’t very long at all! Will definitely be coming back for any future paperwork!”

“I visited this location (Rockaway Blvd & 127th Street) today for their FedEx drop off services, I don’t have a printer and as long as you can email them the label, they will print it out for you for free and put it on for you on your package!! So awesome. Shayana was the associate who assisted me, and as I was waiting on line to be called next , I watched her, and I was highly impressed with how she dealt with the other customers very friendly, quick, attentive, very informative. The woman definitely does her job very well. It was such a pleasant interaction I had with her, I felt very respected as a customer. Thank you!!!”
