“I found myself in a jam one morning when I was stopped at a nearby gas station. I had a 100-mile drive ahead and needed to refuel my empty tank, but I discovered that my gas cap would not open. I had never had that happen before and had no clue what to do.
I just so happened to see this Cumberland Farms a block away from the other station. I had never been to one before. I stopped, hoping someone might be able to help — and I am so glad I did. :)
The woman working inside the store came out without hesitation, was kind and patient, and had the issue resolved in seconds. She did not make me feel embarrassed or like a bother, even though it was not her responsibility.
