Service was great- the tram member took me to where my requested item was. The store was well organized. I enjoy shopping here. Nice, flat parking lot with lots of spaces and shopping cart availability. An enjoyable visit. The overhead messages encouraged us to buy food and coats for those who need them, and on return we could spend the same amount on other items for ourselves.”

The Bridal Shop has stunning high quality dresses for affordable prices with the best part that it is all for a great cause. My sister booked an appointment for herself and when the ladies found out I was also engaged, they allowed me to look and try on dresses as well. Theresa, Marlena, and Linda were so kind, patient, and just a pleasure to spent time with. I loved hearing their own wedding stories! My sister & I both ended up saying “Yes to our dress”! I CANNOT say enough great things about this place.”

“I try to go when I am close just to hunt for items that are of interest to me. I found small size desk top clocks priced between USD 5 and 10, not bad. Also I look for radios and speakers, but never found any.”

“So the review before mine, saying that the 'dark haired Spanish girl' hasn't been there and it's been a mess since, I do agree that she worked very diligently and is very good at keeping a wild and crazy store going. I hope she is doing well because she has helped me many times. One time, years ago my wallet fell out of my pocket in the store and she put it in the safe in case I came back for it. I had just cashed a check and had several hundred dollars of cash in it. I was very grateful because I wouldn't have even blamed anyone for taking it or the wallet being there with the cash gone. But everything was still there. Now that's a good employee. There was a man in there too who was aware of the situation and I really was full of respect and gratitude, I appreciate knowing that good people like them are in our communities. When I drive by at9-10pm on my way home from work, if the lights are still on in there I picture them in there doing their best to get the store closed and ready for the morning shifts.
There's an older woman in the store that I don't particularly enjoy because I find her to be loud, boisterous and smells like stale smoke and clipped cigarettes. She will announce loudly that she can't get anything done and is not even supposed to be on register. Or that she didn't take a break and should have left hours ago... If her time management is out of control like that, it makes me think that she should adhere to the work she is assigned and not just fumble around assigning blame and making everyone else stress out over it. If she's not getting the work done then hmmm maybe, just maybe? They might hire another person or flex someone else in to give the store some reprieve. I'm sure she's a good worker in other regards. She doesn't make me feel unwelcomed or anything like other customers have reported, she's just stressed and frazzled. It's a clear indication that she needs help in there. I find it's unfair to compare the employees to one another. They are totally different people with different idiosyncrasies.
There is a newer female employee in the store lately who is fast, efficient, detail oriented and really has combed through the aisles to remove expired products and organize the mess so the items are actually in the correct spots. A lot of times the store can't keep track of the inventory if they have a popular product that is behind an unpopular one. They won't get more of an item that has been displaced and still in the store or stolen. If they sell something then that can be replenished. I've noticed some products that they are supposed to carry but never have in stock are starting to be in stock again in the last couple of months which I am very grateful for. It's a difficult job. Please respect the workers in there even if you're at odds with them or having negative interactions.
I hope people realize that their job is tiresome and not always rewarding. They are usually understaffed but mostly willing to help. They do put the customer needs ahead of their own so be sure to thank them and remember that they are doing their job.”
“The owner of the store gives super good customer service, I ended up buying a really high-quality jacket there at a great price. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in Albany and looking for an army navy store. They have a lot of clothing and also knives and some other accessories but I did not get a full chance to look around the store so there’s probably a lot that I did not even see. It’s not a huge place but it’s very conveniently located and definitely worth checking out.”
“The best Dollar Tree in my area . It's always clean well stocked and easy to navigate the isles. Staff is friendly and I like the management team. If I could change anything I'd light up the parking lot because it's pretty dark at night.”

The guys that work there are helpful offering great customer service to a visually impaired lady walked her around the store making sure she got everything she came there for! “Went in there store today and I was verbally assaulted had to wait in line 15 minutes just so I could be treated like I was taking up too much of the cashiers time no worries I would drive to ny city before I ever go in this disorganized store again I don’t want to give this store any stars the food is old the frozen food is freezer burnt be careful purchasing there stuff besides them dollars add up and you end up with a lot of worthless merchandise”

“I’ve been coming here for about half of a year now and I gotta say that everything I’ve purchased I’ve been satisfied with, from duct tape that’s stronger than gorilla glue for only $22 for eight rolls, to socks that are High hand running sucks that would otherwise sell for $10 a pair, I got here for I think eight pairs for $10 I think. The gentleman runs the store is extremely helpful and kind guy. Family run store. I highly recommend the flashlight on account that I’ve dropped it over 20 times and it’s still works. I would call it a higher and variety store with discounts that are better than most discount stores.

“My 6 y/o had $13 and asked if she could spend it somewhere...what better place for a young lady with money burning a hole in her pocket, than the dollar store?? She chose 10 items, and insisted on paying herself. The cashier was super patient, as she lined her $1 bills across the counter...(misinterpreting my instructions to "count out $11)...every kid's first experiences with shopping should happen here?”

“Fun, clean, good flow, many products are $5 and $4 dollars. Really have to watch the prices. Products never stick around long. When they're in the front seasonal section on the right and only a few are left, they either get moved to the back or on a table in the front, on the left at a discount price. They also have separate standing racks that are separate vendors. Not affiliated as a five below product. They are a vendor product. Will vary per store. Be careful on the purchase.”
