I had an amazing experience with U-Haul on Fuller Road! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The equipment was in great condition, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I especially want to give a shout-out to Hassan, who was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed for a stress-free move. His professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this location!”
“Moved from upstate NY to Austin with 3 U-boxes. Drop off was great and the boxes were dropped with a forklift right where we wanted them. Pickup was just and great and on time.
Delivery was faster than quoted and access at the facility in Austin was really easy.

I witnessed this gentleman below “Richard Koonce”(with the bad review) who I do not know at all! be unbelievably vulgar and disrespectful to the point Essentials had to get police involved after many failed attempts of defusing the situation. You can’t fault a company for doing there job when your out driving with no license and an illegal plate on your vehicle causing accidents and think your not going to get charged!I Just went on this site to get Essentials number again to use them and saw this gentleman picture below and the review he wrote and felt I should share the actual truth on what happened! Especially when Essentials employees all handled this situation very professionally!Very nice, genuine people! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone I know!”
“OK. I’ve used this location several times, it’s convenient, right off the highway on and off. Never had a problem with the staff, very polite and professional. The other day while returning a truck that I rented, I went to use the restroom, which is a single stall. There was this young man sitting backwards on the toilet, using the tank as a desk, where he had all his drug paraphernalia laid out and was in the process of shooting up drugs. I have no idea if this person was a client of U-Haul or he just walked in to use the restroom. Definitely unacceptable. What if I would’ve walked in with my daughter and she had to use the restroom? And she walked in on this person without my knowledge. Something to bring to the attention of the U-Haul staff at 139 Broadway, Albany. Besides that I had no other issues with U-Haul. UPDATE. DID U-HAUL NOT UNDERSTAND THE REVIEW THERE WAS A PERSON SHOOTING UP DRUGS IN THE BATHROOM. IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.”
