“I found myself in a jam one morning when I was stopped at a nearby gas station. I had a 100-mile drive ahead and needed to refuel my empty tank, but I discovered that my gas cap would not open. I had never had that happen before and had no clue what to do. I just so happened to see this Cumberland Farms a block away from the other station. I had never been to one before. I stopped, hoping someone might be able to help — and I am so glad I did. :) The woman working inside the store came out without hesitation, was kind and patient, and had the issue resolved in seconds. She did not make me feel embarrassed or like a bother, even though it was not her responsibility. That kind of everyday kindness makes all the difference. Thank you! :)”

“I have been looking for a long term relationship with an oil provider for quite a while and I have found that in Long Energy particularly the Ravena office. Cate Zakens and her colleague Jean in the Ravena office have been super responsive. I have a number of buildings in the area and during this cold season there have been several no heat calls and I have found Long Energy to respond in a timely manner and dispatch staff promptly so that my tenants are not without heat. They also solved a steam heat balancing issue that several other provider's were unable to. To those that have steam heat it is hard to find experts in that field , Long has an experienced technician. Their rates are very reasonable unlike some others who take advantage. I highly recommend. You have nothing to lose by trying them out.”

“I would like to thank Nolan Propane for their quick response and outstanding customer service. My central air stopped working last night, and when I called this morning, they had a technician at my house by 2:30 PM. The technician was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. As a single mom, there are still many things about home maintenance that I'm learning. He showed me what I need to do to properly maintain my HVAC system, explained how often I should change the filters, and demonstrated how to clean the outdoor unit. I told him I've owned my home since 2020 and had never done some of these maintenance tasks before. Instead of simply fixing the problem and leaving, he took the time to teach me and answer my questions. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Thank you, Nolan Propane, for not only providing fast service but for employing people who genuinely care about helping their customers. This experience gave me faith that there are still good people out there willing to take the time to help others understand and learn.”

“We rented a truck to use as storage alongside our school for a yard sale the next day, and it worked out perfectly. The truck was clean and in excellent condition. Jade checked us in and out and made the whole process seamless. Thanks, Jade and U-Haul!”

“I think it's important to recognize exceptional customer service. I've had the experience of working with Christina at Suburban Propane who from my first point of contact was wonderful! She went above and beyond to address my needs and was/is incredibly responsive.”
