I live over an hour away from the dealership and I was able to get almost everything done over the phone or online and when I went to see the vehicle as soon as I said my name my service rep James took care of me. The car was in a good condition, clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get all the service reports, carfax, and warranty information printed immediately and I could physically look over it all. And since buying the car I’ve gotten periodic texts from Shelby just to make sure everything with the vehicle is good and I’m happy with the purchase. Beautiful inside the dealership with classic cars and the staff are kind and courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.”

“I have bought a number of vehicles over the years, so I have learned what to look for and what's a good deal. Signature Auto Ranch scores high marks in both those categories. I bought a 2016 Toyota Sequoia from them about 6 weeks ago. The car was in immaculate shape - they paid a great deal of time detailing the car. But they also were very transparent about a couple of issues (small crack in rear bumper) and also provided documentation for the work they performed. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle 3 separate times, which gave me plenty of time to assess it's condition and were also willing to work with me on the price. I felt I got a good deal overall and would recommend them highly.”

“First time I went here was not happy and left. That turned out to be an employee who didn't know the rules. So I tried again and had a cap shipped from another location. When it got here I went and drove it, loved it. They reappraised my car, but said they would honor whichever offer was higher, of course I was skeptical. But they did it and I got $1000 more than I was originally quoted for my car. I also have to say in the Albany store Brandon was fantastic and worked so hard to get my deal closed from start to finish within 2 hours! He was great to work with.”
“I unexpectedly had my oil light come on in my VW. Not wanting to drive home with the light on, I went straight to Cooley. They brought my vehicle right in, give me a loaner to drive home that night. As I was getting ready to leave for work the next morning, I got a text from Sue to say my car was ready to pick up.
